With 2026 starting we are unsure of how much we will be traveling and looking at what the future is going to look like. But what we do know is we will be going to Colorado, and we will be doing some Sapphire mining.
As of right now 2/28 the plan is to do a small update to Liberty and put her up for sale. Is this then end of our travels and nomad lifestyle? No, we will be starting another van build that will suit us for all our future travels and exploration of Canada, and more of the US. Why not keep Liberty for these travels? I have thought a lot about using Liberty for our future and she would definitaly fit the bill for most of what is planned over the next few years, but not everything. Rather than looking to due another build in a few years without a full time shop we are going to take the next year or so to build the next adventure van.
We are starting the year off in Michigan on about 2.5 acres and once the snow clears we will begin making some updates to this property.
Took a trip in mid January to see my newest granddaughter. Bryce was right back in the passenger seat watching where we are going.
It is February and decided to take a trip to Dundee, MI due the Mackinaw Bridge being close the last 3 days. Oringal plan was to head to the UP and explore the ice caves.
